Professional information about the correct protection in case of accidents is not always available to the participants from our previous experiences.

You yourself are responsible for adequate insurance protection

Possible consequences of an accident in the form of disability are not foreseeable and cannot be calculated in their extent. It is absolutely recommended to have a private accident insurance with a corresponding sports clause, which explicitly includes motorbike events to achieve a maximum speed (important: free practise, training and racing). This extension is not included in standard market rates and must be agreed upon additionally!

Medical treatment costs are generally covered by statutory or private health insurance. In this case, however, it is advisable to consult with the respective insurer.

For events abroad, it is advisable to take out appropriate health insurance to cover possible transport costs and any private medical treatment that may be required.

 

Travel cancellation insurance

With the EventRescuer you get a piece of security in case of a sudden and unforeseeable absence  

What does the travel cancellation insurance protect against?

  1. up to 6 weeks before the event
  • non-participation in an already booked event:
  • without special reason
  • credit of the full participation fee
  1. up to 10 days before the event
  • non-participation in an already booked event:
  • due to the death of a 1st and 2nd degree family member / serious accident or serious illness resulting in 100% incapacity to work / loss or commencement of a new job / pregnancy / call-up for civil or military service (all facts must be documented in writing in an appropriate form)
  • credit of the full participation fee
  1. until 1 day before the event
  • non-participation in an already booked event:
  • due to the death of a 1st and 2nd degree family member / serious accident or serious illness resulting in 100% incapacity to work / loss or commencement of a new job / pregnancy / call-up for civil or military service (all facts must be documented in writing in an appropriate form)
  • credit note of 50% of the participation fee

Costs: € 15,00 per day of event

The EventRescuer must be completed with the booking of the event!
